Summary

HomeOne does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to servers we operate. The app is a native iOS wrapper around the Home Assistant web user interface. All communication occurs directly between your device and the Home Assistant instance URLs you configure.

Data we collect

None. We operate no backend servers, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party trackers. The app is a thin client that loads the Home Assistant web interface inside Apple's WKWebView.

Data stored on your device

HomeOne stores the following locally on your device only:

• The Home Assistant local and cloud URLs you enter, plus the names you assign to each home.
• Standard web cookies and local storage from your Home Assistant instance, managed by Apple's WKWebView (used to keep you logged in).

This data never leaves your device. Removing the app removes all of it.

Network communication

HomeOne communicates only with the Home Assistant URLs you provide. All communication is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS via iOS's built-in networking stack. No data is sent to the app's developer or any third party.
